Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial

Every new account gets a free trial. We encourage you to evaluate Manage CRM fully during the trial before purchasing — no payment details are required to try it.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. After cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the period already paid for; no further charges apply. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for the unused portion of a subscription period.

3. Refunds

A full refund will be provided if:

• You were charged in error (for example, a duplicate payment), or
• A confirmed payment did not activate your plan and we cannot resolve it within 7 working days.

Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the transaction by emailing adrushranoji@gmail.com with the payment reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

4. Professional Services

For one-time services ordered through a proposal (such as website or software development), the advance is adjusted against work completed. Cancellation terms specific to a project are stated in its proposal.
