These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Manage CRM website, web application and mobile application (together, the "Service") operated by PAN MITRA ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts are for business use by you and users you authorise.
The Service is offered on paid subscription plans, with a free trial for new accounts. Plan pricing is shown at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew for the period you purchase and stop if not renewed. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated.
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting unauthorised access, sending unlawful or spam communications through it, uploading malicious content, or reselling the Service without our written consent.
Data you enter (invoices, employees, leads, documents) belongs to you. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you store, including compliance with GST and labour regulations applicable to your business.
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance will be kept to a minimum. We are not liable for losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. The Service is a tool to assist your business; responsibility for statutory filings and business decisions remains yours.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. On termination you may request an export of your data within 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at our registered office location have exclusive jurisdiction.
